Nov 29, 2008 - "Hoo-aah" or "HUA" As it is spelt is not a nonsensical word. "HUA" is a term used by the Army. It Means "Heard, Understood, Acknownledged"...Hence "HUA". When A order/direction is given to troops it is a way of letting your Superior Know you follow. My 2 Cents :-)
