Feb 21, 2010 - if anyone needs to know how to get a certain character send me a message. DelwareLover, to Toadette you have to Play on all 32 courses in Time Trials mode. Or, get 1,000 Wi-Fi wins or win 2,550 races. i would chose to play on all the Time trial courses but eitehr way works, i got mine through wi-fi wins.
