Aug 1, 2009 - Axl went behind everyones back and bought the rights to the GNR name, o that if they would ever break up he could use the GNR name and continue...plus Axl acted like a dictator and wanted control over everything and Slash wanted the band to make decisions and stuff...plus Axl wouldnt go on stage until sometimes hours late and that just ate up at Slash cause it pissed the fans off causing riots....plus Steven and izzy were out and Slash thought it didnt feel right without them
