fraud1958 Says:
Oct 20, 2008 - There needs to be tighter rules and greater government oversight for brokerage firms. The existing system presents too many opportunities for unscrupulous brokers and investment syndicates in general to thieve the market by various stock manipulation schemes. I couldn't trust a full service brokerage firm with my money anymore than I could trust a baby with a piece of candy. What Richard Fuld did should put him in prison for a long time and his assets should be confiscated. He is a criminal.
