Dec 22, 2008 - Nothing against Christines Voice.Thats not the point,i only comment the development of a band.Fleetwood Mac was a powerful avandgarde prog band. They changed to the mainstream, soft music good for the radio!!OK

Dec 22, 2008 - Without Buckingham and Christine McVie, this album would have gone bust! Sorry, Stevie.

Duende1182 Says:

Dec 23, 2008 - You're an idiot. Stevie and Buckinghame were a duet long before they joined fleetwood mac.

moonflower0924 Says:

Dec 23, 2008 - Stevie Nicks was predominantly absent from the recording sessions due to the demands of her solo career and a spell at the Betty Ford clinic (drugs and alcohol had affected most of the band since the Mirage album). The album was therefore mostly recorded before Nicks' involvement.

Duende1182 Says:

Dec 23, 2008 - Buckingham wouldn't join the band without Stevie anyway... This argument is moot.

Dec 24, 2008 - It wasn't till this year that I noticed just how much I really like Fleetwood Mac. Brings back so many good memories...and I was born in 86

bds1167 Says:

Dec 24, 2008 - No. You're an idiot. Stevie was in her self-induced drug addiction, and McVie and Buckingham made the album. I read Mick Fleatwood's autobiography, and I know that Buckingham was the musical genius behind Buckingham Nicks!

moonflower0924 Says:

Dec 24, 2008 - Most of the songs on Buckingham Nicks where written together. Anyway, that album was a total flop. And ALL of FM had a "self induced" drug habit.

Piratejenny25 Says:

Dec 24, 2008 - No I have to disagree with that Fleetwood Mac started out as a blues band with Peter Green and got sort of Rock with Danny Kerwin and even more so with Bob Welch..as for Christine her music as always been more mainstream the the others check out all her songs, Songbird, Hold me, Little Lies, Hold on me Don't stop, You Make loving fun, most people who don't even know Fleetwood Mack Knows those songs.
