The last verse is Eminem responding to Stan's letters, which is what Stan was going crazy over. In the letter, he talks about how he didn't want Stan to end up like the man in a news report he saw who committed suicide. But as he writes, he realizes that the man on the news report was Stan. As far as I know, its completley fictional.
