Nov 15, 2008 - Do you guys realize that playing second/third guitar is none other than Robbie Macintosh, lead guitarist for The Pretenders for Learning To Crawl and Get Close. In his own right, this guy is second to none, based on those albums and his playing with McCartney. Says a bit about Mayer and his prowess to have this stud on board with the band.

Dec 1, 2008 - no? its the first electric guitar he bought. he has said that; its amazing that a guitar he bought for like 10 years ago he can still play infront of 10000 people
Lotrfan99 Says:
Dec 1, 2008 - that may well be but he had it aged and tuned specifically to fit his newer sound i.e. new pickups, tuners, etc. you can take guitars you own and have them reliced. i forgot the name of the guitar guy who did it for him.
acrinkly Says:
Dec 2, 2008 - buggyre - ... 'a guitar he bought for LIKE' etc.... do you mean 10 years, 10.5 years, 11.2, 12, 14 and a bit years? Listen to the music. Enjoy it. . . but write in f*g English. It isn't LIKE anything.
