Nov 28, 2008 - bocelli has filled in for pavarotti, the mentor has become the master since the great pavarotti has left so go jump off the highest cliff you can find you worthless piece of scum. get 1% the talent that bocelli has, then talk.

Nov 30, 2008 - Wow what an immature comment to come from a 43year old. You must be proud of yourself. I can only imagine what insightfull come back I'll receive from you.
Bottropasi Says:
Nov 30, 2008 - with carreras one of the best living tenor
colinmatheson Says:
Nov 30, 2008 - Wow... this brings tear to me eyes and I am not even emotional. Pavorotti is pretty good to.
drstranglove93 Says:
Dec 1, 2008 - with all due respect to bocelli, no one alive can compare to luciano pavarotti
AxlSeraphim88 Says:
Dec 1, 2008 - I do admire Bocelli. He's a spectacular singer. So is Pavarotti (May he rest in peace) I just can't take it to the core with Paul Potts and his face ruining this song.
chico388 Says:
Dec 3, 2008 - Iam sure if you asked potts he would say the same.
fruglescot Says:
Dec 4, 2008 - Potts is an exceptional tenor and in every way deserving of the accolades given to Pavarotti. Even greater praise, perhaps, considering he's not of the Italian tribe, the struggles he endured, his will to succeed and his humble backround. Regarding facial appearance,I would have to say that 'Pav' was certainly not a handsome man if that counted for anything when it comes to the singing of great operatic music. Just one man's opinion.
fruglescot Says:
Dec 4, 2008 - I could not agree with you more about the comment provided by our friend from Austrailia The ultra intellectual and observant GuntherNorman. Of course those down under are not specifically known as great appreciators of magnificent operatic music. ("Tie me Kangaroo Down Boys") With all due respect to kinder commenting 'Aussies'. BTW, any idea what a "tosser" is? A fellow Canuck.
pootubeftw Says:
Dec 4, 2008 - yeah, because otherwise you'd be gay.
fruglescot Says:
Dec 4, 2008 - Sorry, I didn't get it!
isbetter Says:
Dec 4, 2008 - are you kiddin me?
AxlSeraphim88 Says:
Dec 4, 2008 - One may say Pavarotti isn't handsome but he's not ugly
fruglescot Says:
Dec 4, 2008 - AxlSeraphim Are you implying, then, by your assertion that quote" but he's (Pavarotti)not ugly" that Paul Potts,in your opinion, is ugly?
fruglescot Says:
Dec 4, 2008 - Isbetter Understanding that you're Italian makes your opinion partisan. Pavarotti is a God in your country and now, following his passing, a saint. I would expect nothing less from a 'Pisan' (no disrespect intended)
IKatchSkams Says:
Dec 5, 2008 - Try closing your eyes so you can truly hear the music and feel the emotion. That would be opera for you...not theatre.
gmeri11 Says:
Dec 5, 2008 - you know it's cause he's blind right?
flymyangel Says:
Dec 5, 2008 - what idiots. hes blind & hes not considered opera in many places except here in most hes pop. anyway bocellis extremely talented :)
IKatchSkams Says:
Dec 5, 2008 - My comment was for Axlseraphim88. So, yes...I and most of the world are aware that Andre is blind. Therein came my comment to dear "Axl" to close the eyes so he wouldn't be distracted by facial expressions or looks. The voice can touch, move and inspire...that was the point. Hearing the passion has nothing to do with outward appearance.
IKatchSkams Says:
Dec 5, 2008 - And, he was talking about Paul Potts...not liking his "look".
el1dad Says:
Dec 5, 2008 - And Pavarotti seemd to think Bocelli was even better than himself. He recommended Andre to some of his own people for a certain song.
concroft Says:
Nov 28, 2008 - Pavorotti And Bocelli I dont think are on the same level as potts. Potts is far far beneth them. Potts was good as an amatuer, but his version and voice can't compare to that of Bocelli and Pavorotti.
