Nov 23, 2008 - ok, i'm a "Stargate" kind of guy. i've been under the impression that BsG is a bit overrated, doesn't really bring anything special to the table, and that the show is totally based on sappy drama-bs, and thus very annoying. this was my conclusion after watching 15 minutes of it one day.. however.. can someone convince me otherwise? its possible i haven't given it much of a chance. does anyone recommend this show? or not? and why? thanks lol

Nov 24, 2008 - I love SG-1/SG-A and own everything of it on DVD. BUT BSG is in nowise overrated!!! However, you DO NEED to see the miniseries pilot to get the characters and follow it chronologically...they have big story arcs. But it is definatly WORTH it!!!
