Nov 11, 2008 - Sure, to my knowledge- First of all Bill Clinton started the whole thing with Iraq. He signed a bill to initiate a regiem change. That did not = war, but Bush thought it did. Our invasion of the middle east was to find Al Qaeda. Obama wants to continue to eliminate Al Qaeda. So he does want to END the war in Iraq, but he does plan on bringing more troops to Afganistan. His plan is to eliminate the terrorist threat. I don't understand what you mean by "letting it be free"
