The Berg case concerns Obama and his birth cert - deadline to address the US Supreme Court is Dec 1 for Obama. Donofrio's case is scheduled for a FULL CONFERENCE before US Supreme Court on Dec 5 - all 9 Justices will meet in one of their private bi-weekly sessions and discuss the case - if 4 of the 9 vote to hear the case in full review, oral argument may be ordered.
