Oct 11, 2008 - Thank you. I brought up his IMDB profile and it didn't reference that cameo. Just wanted somebody elses take on whether or not that was him. Appreciate the response.

Oct 18, 2008 - this must have been done during the airwolf period. and the guy doing his voice sounds kinda like hank hill lol

X23109 Says:

Oct 18, 2008 - Correct it was eighties vintage and done during the Airwolf period quite possibly. I'm uncertain if Mike judge would've done the voice though. I'm betting Tommy Chong probably did the voice over for Jan Michael Vincent's portrayal of an immigration officer. Any more insight and corrections are much appreciated.

polybi5 Says:

Oct 19, 2008 - It was Chong doing the Immigration Man's voice. Vincent was probably doing "Airwolf" at the time. C&C were starting to go thier separate ways, and although this video was part of a mockumentary plugging a C&C LP, essentially it is a Cheech Marin production.

X23109 Says:

Oct 19, 2008 - Yes, Vincent was doing Airwolf at the time, but upon an IMDB check, that wasn't in his credits as posing as the immigration official, but that was more than likely definitely him. I thought Chong would be the voice over of the immigration official and I couldn't imagine Vincent doing the voice over with the way he sounds. Makes sense :) I think I still have that CD. Pretty funny stuff to from "I'm not Home right Now" to "Get Out of My Room and Leave me Alone" along with the Stupid Early show

X23109 Says:

Oct 19, 2008 - Don't know if you can get the video, but you should be able to find the CD new or used online. I have the CD myself, but just can't remember the name of the album off hand. Probably some of their best work.

Nov 2, 2008 - This is from the Cheech AND Chong album "Get out of My Room" My Cousin had it on vinyl. They also had a home video release with the same name which included the title track,BIELA, Love is Strange, & I'm not home right now. The movie came after this video and you're correct Tommy was not involved.
