Oct 23, 2008 - The honda cub can definitely take a beating, but a bent wheel just makes it completely impractical to ride. I would say it's almost indestructable. Maybe with those aluminum/steel alloy wheels they make nowadays it could have survived the fall AND still ran straight.

Nov 2, 2008 - Who would have thought that the bits that came from the lowly lawnmower transform into the best selling bike in the world...
nadanothingzip Says:
Nov 6, 2008 - Just noticed.. When they dropped the bike of the building, it was daylight. When they tried to start it again, it was at the evening. Thats kinda strange isnt it? One might think that they had to do some work on it before it would run?
nong333 Says:
Nov 8, 2008 - Actually if you look close at the lighting, it's already late afternoon when they did throw the bike off the roof. (The exterior light in the building were already on so it was close to 6pm by then)

Nov 24, 2008 - it says it can go 50 mph, you say in the description that it's 40 km/h... 50mph is twice that

Dec 4, 2008 - To: nong333 Dude... look at the sky when the bike is falling, its bright blue with white skys... Dont tell me it will go from broad daylight to night in a few minutes.
emilyabbie Says:
Dec 5, 2008 - instead of dropping it off a building they should have done a burn out until the engine blew to see how bullet proof the engine is.
dshine55 Says:
Dec 10, 2008 - just because they sold a lot of them doesnt mean its the best. Mcdonalds sold the most cheese burgers does that mean they are the best?
philupthecup345 Says:

aleksis699 Says:
Dec 29, 2008 - most of you dont even have a motocycle i had a c90 and it still is working without any problems, you can make it way faster than those scooter shits, you can ask anyone who really knows about motorcycles and he will agree that it is xtreamly hard to break chassis and engine... it is 50 years old and you still see them on the road, which other motorcycle do you know which does that... i mean hey, they through it of a building and its still one piece
aleksis699 Says:
Dec 29, 2008 - the norton factory doesnt even exist anymore... the cub made honda to the giant it is today, i mean there are lots of bikes which can be compared to the norton, but not one whith the cub, except maybe the yamaha townmate, not that the norton is not a good motorcycle, but the cub has done the unrepeatable in the history of motorcycle.
bikedemon99 Says:
Dec 30, 2008 - I used to have one many years ago and I used to crash it almost daily, it never died, ripped up the back wheel eventually and then gave it away, a ton of fun and I wish I'd kept it
ld309 Says:
Dec 31, 2008 - Now, as a car fan. I have no idea about bikes, but I know enough to know the Honda Cub is just a remarkable piece of motor vehilce history. Never mind being the worlds best selling motor vehilce. Congratultions Honda on making something truly revolutionary.
kingkeir12 Says:
Jan 1, 2009 - Had one of these for about a year and a half as my first bike. Had one nasty crash on a roundabout and was still able to ride back home. These things are bloody brilliant, wish I hadn't sold it now
