Nov 19, 2008 - If you're looking at the list on DigitalDreamDoor, then they're listing the "greatest" guitarists. Since rock is way more popular than flamenco, and since Jimi Hendrix is more known than Paco De Lucia, he had a greater impact on the guitar world. But yeah, if I hadn't found that list, then I probably would've never found Paco De Lucia and other great guitarists. :)
