Michael Bolton now performs this song at every one of his concerts and dedicates it to Pavarotti who Michael refers to as "the greatest tenor that ever lived".

Nov 18, 2008 - Michael Bolton's true calling. People talk about him because he sings cheesy ass pop songs. But if he just focused on this, I think he could become one of the great tenors of our time. I think singing pop songs does give him a slight edge in expression, you know, vs. just belting the song out. And, the huskiness of his voice is a change of pace from traditional operatic tenors. I was amazed that Pavarotti gave up the last note but that's a true testament of a great man.
