Oct 10, 2008 - I've always read that he uses a old blackface Super Reverb. Pretty much all of the older Fender amps get a really nice grind going when you crank them. Well, aside from the Twin of course, and that's only because you'd be deaf before the grind started to kick in (barring the use of an iso cab). Mine sounds great, but unless I wanna icepick myself to death, I'd best use a good overdrive.

Oct 23, 2008 - thats not true, he exclusivly uses the super reverb, its the only one hes ever performed with, uses an older little fender (supersonic i think) when he takes out that little blues guitar and does a sit down little blues set.

Listen to any of KL's selections & I think you'll agree DT needs to go back into the woodshed or take lessons from Ry Cooder or Kirk Lorange, or Lowell George. nice try however ======
