Oct 11, 2008 - This was a great period for Paul. He had a happy, tight band. Linda on vocals. He must really miss it when he thinks back. That's tough to take. The guy's been thru a lot !!

Oct 11, 2008 - I have to say this. It's songs like this that gave Paul a inferior image through the 1970s. Paul should have given the Silly Love Song away. It's embarrassing considering what Paul McCartney is capable of! I feel it's songs like these that has softened his image as a songwriter. That's just my opinion.

Oct 12, 2008 - I love this song and think it is one of Paul Mccartney's best. Song's like this one helped create his image as a world class songwriter and performer. He must be the best Bass player ever too.

Oct 13, 2008 - are you kidding me? Song of the year. Beautiful and happy song. Makes people feel good....isn't that what music is all about? Please! There could be no higher accomplishment.
BeatleUniversity Says:
Oct 14, 2008 - I'm sorry but I find the song embarrassing. It's bubble gum pop at it's worse. Don't get me wrong, it's still better than what most others could do. After all, it's Paul McCartney! I just don't think it was worthy of him. Too teeny bopper and bubble bum for my liking. I didn't know it made song of the year.

Oct 15, 2008 - John was the most interesting, but Paul was the most prolific. He started making records in 1963 and produced at least one a year into the 1980s. John had several breaks for peace and breadmaking and getting hammered with Harry & Keith & Klaus & Ringo while bonking Mae Pang. John stopped touring around 1970. This album WAtSoS not Paul's best but not his worst (Wings Wild Life for the worst? Band on the Run for best ?). But P&J both suffered musically for working apart IMHO.
