Ironically, I played the game after posting that comment, and the damn stretch was sitting right there at my mansion as soon as I loaded up the game. :p Oh, and I found the Virgo right outside Sunshine Autos, driving around. I see Virgos all the time, just driving around the western island. That's actually how I found 80% of all the cars on the lists.
