Oct 27, 2008 - i guess its down to opinion i find most pink floyd has three minutes of a great song, but too much, basically, self indulgent padding out the rest but then im not into that kind of thing, but i can see why others are agree with you about the differences between the two bands though, elbow are definitely a band that you have to really listen to to fall in love with them, but they're amazing :)

Nov 12, 2008 - damn thats a good song! After listening to radiohead mainly for well over a year, every other band just seemed soo shitty and dull by comparison. I learned about this band after they recently won the Mercury prize, and I really am starting to like them :)

Nov 17, 2008 - Yes, im one of the many that started because of the L4D commercial...personally after listening to this and The Bones of You, i compare them to Queens of the Stone Age. They just kinda give me that feel. I dunno if its just because i just spent the last month or so listening to QOTSA exclusively (if it is please tell me, if not yay), but yea...(btw i don't kno sht about pink floyd, nor do i feel like finding out)

Im sure you will get it someday, they are quite simply the biggest and best band the planet has ever seen and heard and darkside of the moon is a masterpiece which will be listened to long after the supposed supergroups have dissapeared into the mists of time.
