The Beatles video for their version of the song Please Mr. Postman. The Beatles began playing the song in their live shows during 1962. It was recorded in-studio on July 30, 1963. The song was included as the 7th track on the band's second album, With the Beatles, which was released in November of 1963. The song was originally written by The Marvelettes, and became a #1 single for the group in late 1961. In addition to The Beatles, the song has also been covered by The Carpenters and Lil' Wayne.
