Jun 27, 2008 - d-jax will dominate on the nfl stage.

Jul 14, 2008 - I think this guy is going to kick ass and kick and punt returns, I think he has an awesome amount of potential, maybe a Devin Hester type guy
tallflguy Says:
Jul 15, 2008 - Ginn is not faster than Jackson. If you look at their times both ran 4.27 40 yard times. They speed is pretty much equal, but I would say its harder running a 40 at the Combine which Jackson than doing it at your school's pro day which Ginn did. They are pretty much the same WR the only differences is that Ginn numbers are better because Jackson played in a run first offense and the Dolphins was silly enough to draft him 9th overall. The bucs got the same guy in the second round.
thenextreggie Says:
Jul 15, 2008 - Dexter Jackson's official time at the 2008 NFL combine was 4.38 not 4.27. nfl[.]com/combines/top-performers get your facts straight. and just because they're both fast doesn't make them the same, they play waaay different if you can't see that you're pretty dumb. And run first offense what the hell do you think OSU is? Are you that dumb? Jim Tressel has always been know for his conservative run-based offense. And their teams had pretty much the same number of pass plays during the season.
tallflguy Says:
Jul 15, 2008 - Watch your mouth Buckeye nerd before you get a bullet in it! And its a difference between a run first spead team (App State) than a run heavy play action passing team (Ohio State). If you can't figure that out than you are just plain dumb.
tallflguy Says:
Jul 15, 2008 - accidentally misspelled "spread"
thenextreggie Says:
Jul 15, 2008 - I never said they were same. But you can't deny they passed the ball nearly the same amount of times, meaning they pretty much had equal opportunity in the passing game. You said "Jackson was in a pass first offense" as if he didn't get the same opportunity as Ginn which isn't true at all. And Ohio State has ALWAYS been run first as long as Tressel's been there. And at least App State runs a spread instead of a Pro formation.
thenextreggie Says:
Jul 15, 2008 - **run first offense

Aug 26, 2008 - He did run a 4.27, but it wasnt official. I forgot why. I think it because the NFL combine didnt really start yet. But their were lots of people saying he ran a 4.27 during workouts at the combine.
thenextreggie Says:
Aug 27, 2008 - If you know anything about the NFL combine they time each 40 3 different ways. They time them twice hand-timed with a stop watch and electrically timed with a laser. They always give you the unofficial hand-time first then the more ACCURATE electric time after they've reviewed it. His 40 was 4.27 unofficially but 4.37 OFFICIALLY. The unofficial times are insignificant because they aren't as accurate as the official times. The NFL doesn't even record the unofficial times only the official times.
thenextreggie Says:
Aug 27, 2008 - Everyone at the combine has unofficial and official times like Mcfadden ran a 4.27 unofficial but his official time which is the one that really counts was 4.33. Chris Johnson who ran an official time of 4.24 was clocked at 4.27 unofficial. The unofficial times don't really matter they're just used as a reference because the official times take awhile to process.

Nov 8, 2008 - Even though he is playing poorly right now i think he can be an effective player, he was just thrown into the fire too soon...I just think he needs to sit down and watch and learn and then hopefully something will click n his head and he comes out very hunggry....and determined...

Jun 26, 2008 - this kid is fast as hell. and along with speed this kid can catch and he has height.. u can find all three of those qualities in the receiver that he will be second 2. Joey Galloway. if this kid does good these 2 cud be a dangerous Du-O to mess with.
