Jul 24, 2010 - I would of enjoyed this movie if the Monsters were really monsters instead of people...

Jul 27, 2010 - So Lucius at 2:09 steps aside and 4 seconds later a Those We Do Not, etc., steps up? From where? In the space of 4 seconds it would have to have been STANDING RIGHT THERE when Lucius "ducked" around the corner.

Docprank Says:

Jul 29, 2010 - This was a good movie but it was not horror and yet... I don't know how but I jumped watching this movie... AND I NEVER JUMP FOR ANYTHING!

Docprank Says:

Jul 29, 2010 - This movie was a twist marathon.

Corvastus Says:

Jul 31, 2010 - Seems to me that M. Night Shyamalan and Stanley Kubrick have a lot in common. Their initial films were met with rousing success, but their later outings were generally panned. In the same manner that 2001: A Space Odyssey and The Shining were misunderstood in their time but established as classics later, so too will The Village and maybe even Lady in the Water.

eplete Says:

Aug 5, 2010 - @Corvastus what are you talking about? 2001 was nominated for 4 oscars. how many was the village nomitated for? the village was kinda creepy and entertaining, but lady in the water was just plain nonsense. perhaps you think the happening is going to be a classic as well? comparing shyamalan and kubrick is like comparing bikes and potatoes, if the bike and the potato were in the same occupation.

InkRaven Says:

Aug 8, 2010 - @corndog43008 That analogy doesn't really work in that context.

Aug 27, 2010 - Most of the people cant see the philosophy of this movie...that what's the point of this whole story...sad...

Loaki00 Says:

Aug 29, 2010 - @Potte79 Now isnt that the truth?

Potte79 Says:

Aug 30, 2010 - @Loaki00 Well, IMO this is the truth in case of all of Shyamalan's movies.

SmexyPC Says:

Sep 2, 2010 - @sailornaruto39 lol they are "those we dont speak of" to the village people, but acutally it's people from the city that are dressed as them to scare the village ppl, it was a prank pretty much.

sailornaruto39 Says:

Sep 2, 2010 - @SmexyPC wait in the actual movie?

420johnsmith Says:

Sep 3, 2010 - This movie sucked. Not so much because it was a bad film but because I expect better quality from M Night. The Sixth Sense, Unbreakable and Signs were good, but since then he has made some really disappointing films.
