Mar 2, 2010 - The ABCs of Virginia Alcohol Law: A-Always, B-Be, C-Closing. Always be closing, always be closing. You know what it takes to drive drunk? It takes brass balls to drive drunk.

night757wolf Says:

Mar 5, 2010 - Virgina also makes it illegal to sell alcohol after midnight. Have you seen the pissed off people in seven elevens tryna run in at 1155 lol and also why not I would love to play monopoly vodka addition or the incredible hulk twister game haha great vid

Jiade80 Says:

Apr 6, 2010 - "What's more, they have to place their orders at least 24 hours in advance. So if a bar runs out of vodka on Friday night, they can't replenish supplies until Monday." This isn't true. It's just a matter of how busy the ABC store you deal with is. I've placed alcohol orders and picked them up within 2 hours.

Apr 23, 2010 - I grew up in NOVA and I can tell you this... VIRGINIA IS A NANNY-STATE! They would regulate how you wipe your ass if they could!

Frances3654 Says:

May 26, 2010 - those are some looney laws

Hog40305 Says:

Jul 28, 2010 - Thank you for this video, it has been favorited. It's educational, scary and, sadly, quite funny. Now I know never to travel to VA

deftdaft Says:

Aug 9, 2010 - Government gone amuck! What geniouses in VA came up with these idiotic regulations?

uneekware Says:

Aug 9, 2010 - Florida liquor laws are also stupid. These convoluted laws and regulations are the direct result of politicians being paid off with tiny amounts of money from special interests. If you vote them out another crook takes their place. The system has to change. Libertarian anyone?

22KingRat Says:

Aug 9, 2010 - Help bring common sense and freedom back to America! Support the Libertarian Party and its political candidates at lp(dot)org now!!!

mckdlee Says:

Aug 9, 2010 - It's called organized crime.

MasterThespian91607 Says:

Aug 9, 2010 - Eye-opening video. We are told we have rights, but in reality they are being slowly taken away from us. Actions speak louder than words and these actions are infringing on our basic rights. Wait for the day when we can get a ticket for walking on the wrong side of the street.

MadProphet2009 Says:

Aug 10, 2010 - ABC is probably paid off by DC liquor interests to keep the business flowing across the river into DC.

Skyler827 Says:

Aug 10, 2010 - Wow, drinking regulations are like a game! [RRRRRRR] whoops, that's also illegal!

dingram3 Says:

Aug 10, 2010 - This is what happens when you have ultra conservative politicians regulating things that are anathema to their so-called idealogoy. to the person who wrote "socialism sucks" - you've got it all wrong: conservative ideology rooted in narrowminded religious dogma sucks.

libertarianlogic Says:

Aug 10, 2010 - Virginia doesn't seem to comprehend that Prohibition ended 90 years ago. This idiotic ABC agency is forcing consenting adults to forgo alcohol in the name of "pubic safety". This agency should be unconstitutional.

gregshortdotcom Says:

Aug 10, 2010 - The government finds all kinds of ways to steal our freedom. Let's steal it back!

zirfeka Says:

Aug 11, 2010 - What the hell --is the state run by bleeding heart socialist liberals who call themselves conservatives? This is a fruitless waste of tax money. "ewww ...drinking is bad --we need to protect people from themselves so that everyone can live happy!"

tanzellam Says:

Aug 11, 2010 - wow i live massachusettes where we have all the same laws and even more like its illegal to have more than 3 oz of liquor in a drink and all alcohol promotions are illegal , and because of a new law if your caught with ONE beer in your system you will go to jail immediately and can lose your licsence for a year for first offence!!! But thats the liberal mantallity for yah .Protect yourself from yourself even when its nonsence

AntLyon Says:

Aug 12, 2010 - What a Joke! Virginians are living in the Land of Liberty compared to NJ, and PA is WORSE still!

beatlemicah Says:

Aug 16, 2010 - Up until right now I was considering retiring in Virginia. Very disappointing.

joshspence87 Says:

Aug 24, 2010 - Virginia is also the moonshine capitol of the world. lol. Just because the law is on the books doesn't mean the public will abide by it. The people say what goes not the government. they can wipe their asses with that page of the law book. And by the way there are no "bars" in virginia. Resturaunts and night clubs serve alcohol but you wont find a business that strictly serves just alcohol
