Oct 31, 2008 - Umm.... I dont know what everyone is smoking but I dont see how this video is poetic at all. It's cliche shots with cliche ideas, plus the tear came out of the wrong side of her eye. More like a film student who's homework was to make a music video and she waited tell the last day to do it with a friend who couldn't think of anything els to do. NOT TO SOUND LIKE A JERK! I just dislike film student.

Oct 31, 2008 - i actually think your wrong. i mean, yah, its amateur. and the shots are dumb as hell. they could have been way better. from way better angles and shit. they could have just quickly put all of the shots together to go with the song, and fit the runrunrunbook into wherever it says runrunrunrun. the rest is really just like random ass shots of some chick. damn though 3:29 that shot really is terrible. the filming is terrible, true.but the ideas of what are behind the shots are interesting....

Nov 6, 2008 - i think that the shots all had a reason, though. they're interestng. i like the clip. it doesn't appear amateur to me. sure, a lot of the shots are 'simple' but maybe simplicity is what they wanted. i liek the song and clip :) it's certainly better than clips for chris brown and whatnot :p

But the idea of entrapment is crealy portrayed in the ironic scene of the opened umbrella and the looking through the window. The idea of dependency is also present by the abrupt action of the boy and the submissive attitude of the girl towards him. She's trapped, lonely and bored. That's what I see. Anyway, i like it. the delicate appereance of the girl works.
