Jul 17, 2010 - @kontraz83 and dont say you do both because tyou cant i cant be fucked to go into details why so. also punching with thick padded gloves ? yh 8-10 oz gloves arent easy to hold up and throw out all night. cage fighters with their little gloves shows how much less you have to work ina fight. also being hit by boxing gloves can and does hurt considering we are trained to use are fist to maximum effectiveness. lol try being hit in the face and ribs/stomach when you out of breath or fatigued. :)
