These stations don't play pop at all, but I hear Def Leppard all the time. Def Leppard is recognized all over the world as an accomplished rock band. They have been a major rock band for 30 yrs. They continue to play to sold out audiences all over the world. Saying they are "bubble gum pop" or "sellouts" is just plain ignorance.

I've heard of people who don't particularly care for them, but I never heard anyone call Def Leppard's music "bubble gum pop" until I got on YT. Crazy!! What I find really interesting is that it's always a guy who is calling them "bubble gum pop" and sellouts. I've never read a comment posted by a female saying that. Odd, huh? Anyway, you're right. Def Leppard rocks!
