mercurio320 Says:

Nov 19, 2008 - How many hours had to practice Petrucci to play that solo live like this?

BloodyKing13 Says:

Nov 19, 2008 - XDDD

vontetzianos Says:

Nov 19, 2008 - I think the keyboard was drowning out the rest a little, but an amazing song, band and performance

saybis Says:

Nov 20, 2008 - i agree

MyTubeBerko Says:

Nov 20, 2008 - 20 years everyday patiently practicing :)

progrockkeyboardist Says:

Nov 20, 2008 - Which solo?

unclezaius Says:

Nov 20, 2008 - The whole song is basically a solo :P the one i meant is at about 3:45

unclezaius Says:

Nov 20, 2008 - I bet he didn't have to practice at all. He is a god after all.

cpando Says:

Nov 22, 2008 - they rule, simply rule!!!!

TomUltrA Says:

Nov 22, 2008 - This song is insane!

Crossdrop Says:

Nov 22, 2008 - It's just a failure that happened while ripping that thing from the DVD. On the DVD, it's normal. But actually I like the loud Keyboard in this Song. The Keyboard is very important here, and you hear everything Jordan plays clearly. Fits well into Stream, but would definitely not fit into Honor thy Father ;-)

Crossdrop Says:

Nov 22, 2008 - I know a guy, he played the solo exactly like Petrucci - and that guy isn't a pro musician. I couldn't believe standing next to him and seeing him playing that solo. Unfortunately, he moved away, and I can't play with him anymore. That guy was unbelievable!

JustinFeakes Says:

Nov 23, 2008 - INSANE solo!

Symmetry44 Says:

Nov 23, 2008 - You know it's funny, but as a drummer myself I don't particularly like Portnoy's soloing (not that it's bad), but he is an absolute genius within the context of the music itself. Friggin guy is one of the best rock drummers of all time. As far as the rest of the band is concerned, well their playing speaks for itself -- HOLY HELL!!!!

HughBatista Says:

Nov 25, 2008 - At 7:00 looks like the 90's batman suspense songs

yoeasypunk Says:

Nov 26, 2008 - Gods need to practice?

patril0mic Says:

Nov 26, 2008 - if the powertab i saw a while back was correct (it was made by a swedish dude, so it probably was lol) that ENTIRE crazy solo petrucci plays is like an 11:6 grouping (11 notes crammed into the space of sextuplets i believe), which is close to 64th notes. OMGHAX!!

virgotiger4 Says:

Nov 27, 2008 - the most amazing band i have ever listened to and watched...after years of listening to them ,i still think omfg this IS the shit,i am in awe

Kurkkuviipale93 Says:

rushsubdivisions Says:

Nov 30, 2008 - Petrucci is the badest ass guitar player in the world! Dream Theater forever!!!

rushsubdivisions Says:

Nov 30, 2008 - No one will ever be as good as PETRUCCI!! Petrucci is the best out there! No exceptions!!!

Glabnak Says:

Dec 3, 2008 - he is indeed one of the best!! but what about steve vai, joe satriani, paul gilbert, eric johnson, and yngwie malmsteen??
