Nov 17, 2008 - well, my experience with women isn't too extensive, but if you want to be noticed, then make yourself noticed. i'm assuming you'd want a romantic relationship, but it doesn't have to start like that. i think you'd have to at least be comfortable around someone before a relationship starts, so just start with little things, like, say 'hi' to her, smile, and she'll notice. build a friendship, and if a relationship doesn't work out, you'll still have a friendship to fall back on.
