Oct 5, 2008 - Oh. I thought you meant Apple, 30 years from now. But you meant what they made in the past 30 years. Great Video.

Nov 17, 2008 - What a asinine comment to post on a video celebrating thirty years of Apple products. If you think Macs suck, then go somewhere else with your spiteful, idiotic comments and don't waste your time spamming up the comments page. If the video poster sees this, I advise you delete this fool's comment and my own afterwards, as it won't be relevant. Cheers to Apple for making great products, and to a good tribute video. Typed on a MacBook Pro.

Nov 21, 2008 - The designers are truly the most creative people I know. It's so hard to find a computer that looks as beautiful as a Macintosh. They always made the best looking and the coolest computers.

amirafrash Says:

Nov 22, 2008 - please please, tell me who's speech is it at the beginning.

Nov 27, 2008 - i wish the hardware could keep up with pc's at an equal price.

AdmiralAlpha Says:

Nov 27, 2008 - It's Steve Jobs, from the 1984 keynote, as I recall.

fhcool Says:

Nov 27, 2008 - I love the intro - with Steve Jobs quoting Dylan - Dunno how to explain what it feels like.

AdmiralAlpha Says:

Nov 30, 2008 - Well, technically, Macs do. A Dell or HP laptop with stats, insurance, features, and OS comparable to a Mac laptop are roughly the same cost. It's just that Apple actually tells you the total cost from the beginning, whereas other vendors BS you quite a bit; I did a comparison with my MacBook Pro and other laptops (Dell) before I bought. The Dell's advertised price was roughly $940 USD different from what it actually was. Macs are just surrounded by a cloud of disinformation, sadly.

Nov 30, 2008 - Absolute awsome video! I love the Get a Mac Ads, but somthing like this would be much more effective if you ask me!

medmondsr Says:

Nov 30, 2008 - i understand what your saying. a part of that is the lack of customization though that macs lack. i really like macs, but i cant help but feel like im missing something whenever i use one. and what do u mean by "disinformation"?

AdmiralAlpha Says:

Dec 1, 2008 - Macs aren't lacking in customization You can customize the interface all you want; I have my dock and menu bar tweaked quite a bit. On the hardware front you can customize a Mac in any way you can imagine, it's just that most people don't have the guts. "Disinformation" means false information spread by a person or group of people, in the case of my comment the disinformation is spread by the PC zealots. Anyway, I find it kind of funny how computing has become a holy war of sorts.
