Aug 22, 2010 - Soldiers are not heroes. Making that assumption, basically I could just join the army in the next day, and become a hero. It's not hard, you just have to be physically fit and be full of nationalistic bullshit. It's not like you need any qualifications or anything... Dead soldiers, perhaps, are heroes, as they died, and a human being dying is sad as it has a large effect on others. But I feel they died in vein for a purpose which is meaningless in the first place.

Sep 2, 2010 - speaking as an ex soldier, every word on this track has deep meaning to me. i listen to it with my eyes shut and remember the faces of guys i served with who didn't come home. i served with an exceptional infantry unit, and although i left 4 years ago, guys i know are still serving, and some sadly died,. RIP stevie campbell, phil scott lee brownson and david kirkness, gone but never forgotten oh yeah the nuppet who called them fags, i'd like to see you say that to their faces....
