I get that you expect somone else to provide the services of the bike to the people of 3rd world count's, yet, there are much, MUCH more practical, quicker, and more efficient ways to provide clean water. You are simply trying to globalize them even more. They don't need to care about the environment when they have enough trouble surviving themselves. It is us, who over consume, that need worry.
